Method and Approach

First our experts to a deep dive into all aspects and layers of your IT infrastructure. We use a combination of automated tools and manual analysis to assess the current state of your IT infrastructure. We then provide a detailed report with recommendations for improvement divided into six areas.

Recommendation

The recommendation are divided into five steps that will focus on getting the company as a whole in a better technical state than they are currently. It will also contain information about resonable expectations and a timeline for the improvements.

Part of the recommendation might also contain axeing certain projects that are not in line with the company's goals and vision, but might be pet projects of certain individuals.
